For me, it’s always been about the client experience.

As Steve Jobs once said, you start with the customer experience—and then work backwards with the technology. That philosophy is something I’ve always embraced, and it’s what led me to where I am today. I believe you create the perfect client experience and then curate everything around that.

I walked away from a 9–5 with no money and no clear plan—just a belief in what I was building. I started with pop-ups, learning firsthand how to create a client experience that drew people in and kept them coming back. That foundation led me to open my first brick-and-mortar store, where I continued to refine how experience and connection drive traffic and sales in a way that feels natural, not forced.

But when the pandemic hit, everything shifted. I found myself running a half a million-dollar business that depended entirely on me—without the profit, structure, or lifestyle I had envisioned. It became clear that something had to change. I made the decision to rebuild from within—developing systems, refining my approach, and implementing the strategic moves that would ultimately scale my business beyond me. That shift changed everything, and it’s what led to the framework and training I teach today—helping others turn what they love into something that not only works, but truly supports the life they want to live.
