I started with zero dollars in the bank and a vision to build something of my own. Like many of you, I didn’t realize how challenging it would be to figure everything out on my own—without investment, without systems, and without a clear roadmap. I was doing everything myself, learning as I went, and slowly building the foundation of what would become my business.
Over time, I developed systems that allowed me to shift from doing it all to leading a team—creating a profitable business and delivering signature in-store experiences that truly stand out. Those same systems led me to open my dream concept store in La Jolla, where we generated over $1M in our first year and continue to grow at a 95% year-over-year rate. It hasn’t been easy, but by staying focused, setting boundaries, and committing to what actually moves the needle, I’ve built something sustainable and scalable.
